Establishing and operating a LEG

According to the current status (31 August 2024), the launch of LEG is possible from 1 January 2026.

In connection with the establishment of a LEG, numerous, sometimes lengthy clarifications are required and it is worthwhile to start the preparatory activities today.

The process landscape below is to be understood as a "best practice approach", whereby the grey-coloured processes depend heavily on the regulation and the content will still change.
